CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customers are responsible for setting, checking, and maintaining the required temperature throughout the rental period.
• Customers must ensure a continuous, adequate power supply or sufficient generator fuel.
• Customers must regularly monitor the trailer’s operation and immediately report any equipment issues.
• All food, beverages, merchandise, and other stored items remain the customer’s sole responsibility.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gonzales Party Rentals is not responsible for spoiled food, damaged merchandise, lost inventory, or other losses caused by power interruptions, temperature fluctuations, improper operation, or equipment malfunctions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We do not warranty, insure, monitor, or guarantee the preservation, quality, or condition of any items stored inside the trailer.

By renting our Freezer/Cooler Trailer, customers acknowledge their responsibility for monitoring temperatures, maintaining proper operating conditions, and safeguarding all stored contents.
